My wife and I moved to Greensboro 3 years ago for a corporate relocation. Stephanie Long was one of the few agents recommended to us by our relo company. We initially chose Stephanie due to her responsiveness and outstanding ratings. Our purchase experience in 2019 was the best we could have hoped for. Stephanie was very knowledgeable of the Greensboro / Triad area markets. Through her experience and professionalism, she helped us narrow down our choices, and ultimately find and purchase out perfect house. Fast forward to 2022 and my wife and I were again relocating, this time back to California. When looking for an agent to help us sell, there was no question in our minds. We both wanted Stephanie to represent us. She was no longer a default agent through our relo program, but at our request, she immediately took care of all the needed documentation to become a recognized agent through Cartus. Stephanie's recommendation for listing price surprised us at first, as it was higher than we had expected. Given her knowledge of the area and current demand, she was confident in her recommendation, and felt we would even end up with a higher sale price than the list price. We listed at her recommended price and received an offer well above listing the same day! We have relocated multiple times, and Stephanie is by far the best realtor we have ever used. We recommended her to our daughter who also purchased a house in Greensboro with Stephanie, and we would highly recommend Stephanie to everyone else! We love Stephanie's calm steady demeanor that helped us navigate through some stressful decisions. Her behind the scenes efforts and negotiation skills working with inspectors, appraisers, loan officers, etc... is amazing. It really did make the challenging task of buying and selling a home seem smooth and easy. Stephanie is highly responsive, an expert in her field, extremely knowledgeable of the area and clearly the realtor partner you want on YOUR team!

I have worked on several transactions with Stephanie and the thing I’m most impressed with is her consistency and hard work that is as strong or if not stronger than on our first time having her list a property. Working with Ashley was an absolute pleasure from the first moment I met her. Buying a home can be a daunting task for anyone. I am beginning a new chapter in my life and she was not only professional, efficient, on time, available 7 days a week, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my busy life. When I saw a house that wasn't even active she made sure I was the first person to see it. It turns out it was my dream home!! It checked all the boxes and she made sure that I got it. She was constantly working with the buyers, accountants, lawyers etc., to make sure the process was efficient and moved smoothly.
