Moving to another state can be a very trying experience. We had the trials of one way 16 hour drives and limited amount of time to stay for each visit. Luckily for us Ellen is a long-time resident who keeps abreast of all local news and knows almost everyone. Most of our selections were chosen online and Ellen made appointments for us to visit as many houses each we as we could during each visit we made. As we traveled across the greater Winston Salem area, she would also point out commercial construction and inform us what stores/restaurants were going to locate there, road reconstruction plans, and traffic patterns. Ellen was with us every step of the way after we located THE house to closing the deal. We were very lucky to have Ellen as our agent.

This was my first time buying a home and I didn't have a clue what to do. As a single mom I was a bit nervous, but Ellen helped me through the entire process... including recommending a mortgage lender who was amazing. From the first contact, Teresa was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, informative, and an absolute joy with whom to work. She was readily available for any questions, thorough in her explanations, and provided great assistance in negotiating the process of listing and selling my property. All correspondence and phone calls were answered promptly, and her marketing of the property was pleasantly aggressive. She was generous with her time and expertise. Her handling of the entire sale of my property, including coordinating all inspections, et al, with the buyers' agent, was a surprisingly positive experience. The property sold quickly in a poor real estate market, but for a fair price, and I greatly credit Teresa's hard work and tenacity for the sale. I was so pleased with the outcome of our arrangement for the sale of my property that I immediately enlisted Teresa's assistance in seeking and ultimately purchasing my current residence.
