Amy was very knowledgeable and helped us price our home so that we could hopefully obtain multiple offers. She hit the list price spot on and we did just that, got multiple offers. Our home was under contract within 48-72 hours after going on the market! She supported us through the due diligence period and answered all questions we had. I worked with Amy to sell my first house. I currently live out of the area and Amy continuously kept me in the loop and informed on all fronts from what offers were being made to what would be the best procedures in selling. She was able to travel to and from her location to the location of my house and do all the heavy lifting/changes that needed to be made to ease the sell of the house.
