Beth was never pushy when we asked her to show us a home. She was very honest and wanted the best for us. She knew the right people to get us to for every step of the process such as inspections. Each person you talked to would tell you what great hands you were in with Beth. She makes herself available at all times and made sure we understood each step of the process. Once the process was over you definitely know you have a Realtor working and fighting for you but you will also make a friend. She went above and beyond and is Realtor you can count on.

I know Beth is a very busy realtor but she always made herself available. She used every avenue to help move our home quickly. She went on vacation but never stopped working. We were never surprised during the sell of our home as she keeps you updated with the entire process. I feel she is honest and cares about people. We began our search casually searching through Zillow one afternoon. Brian was quick to reach out, friendly, and encouraged us to meet up for some showings even though it was an hour away and already late. After 3 or 4 weekends and hours on the road looking all around WNC, we had built a strong bond and stumbled upon our dream home. However, hours before closing, the home was affected by hurricane Helene to tune of around $80k in damages. His friends and family were affected as well, while he was making nonstop trips to Boone with supplies, he began to guide us through the process of making contact with the relevant parties, extending the contract. For the next 8 months he guided us through the dos and don'ts, and unheard of creative negotiations with the seller, bank, and closing attorney to repair the damage and find an equitable solution for all parties. Very professional and helpful. We won’t use any other agent in the future except Amanda. She was very helpful and informative in guiding us through the selling of our property.
