Outstanding experience!

Mark Little is an extremely competent, professional agent. He possesses superior market knowledge of northwestern North Carolina. Mark willingly traveled great distances and to very isolated areas in order to show us properties that we were interested in. Kind and Competent

We had a great experience with Mark. We were buying a house in West Jefferson from out of state. Mark attend any appointments for us, put us in touch with contractors and negotiated effectively on our behalf. He was attentive and overall just a very nice person. Our transaction went very smoothly. We highly recommend.

Thorough, communicative, caring realtor!

Mark is very proactive and effective in showing the pros and cons of each house we looked at and ultimately getting the information we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of our new home. Mark ensured a smooth transaction by helping coordinate the inspection, offering advice on simple fixes and making sure we felt comfortable moving forward with our offer to purchase. This is our second transaction with Mark and would recommend him to family or friends. He is very honest and easy to work with which meant a lot to us.
