My wife and I searched for a home for about 6 months before deciding on one. Throughout the process Faith was always very accommodating of our schedule and made sure we were able to go visit houses as soon as we discovered them. While touring homes Faith was great about helping us identify any problems and helped us understand how to use them in our offer to purchase. Most importantly, Faith helped us with the offer price and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. We decided on a short due diligence period and Faith helped coordinate all of the tasks and helped us close on time! (We actually could have closed early if we wanted to!)
