Honestly, if I could sing, I would belt out "Simply the Best!" Pauline was with us every step of the way on our journey to find the right house. She answered our many questions in a patient and informed way. She was kind during our many viewings and straightforward in the reality check discussion afterward. When we found our house, she knew we knew -- and she did everything she could to help make our ownership possible, helping us craft a winning offer in a dizzying 1/2-day turnaround. During due diligence, she kept in touch via email, text, and Zoom, answering questions and providing key information. Even though we closed a month ago, she continues to show a genuine interest in knowing how we're settling in. She's simply the best!

I am so fortunate to be using Linda as my real estate agent for my first home. As my Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was very patient as I searched for the perfect home, and kept pushing me to not be discouraged while another offer was accepted. The process of working with her was amazing as she went above and beyond for me in helping me find my home. I appreciate everything she did for me, giving me great advice & answering all my questions in a way for me to understand them.I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

from the beginning to the end Pauline went well above and beyond what i was expecting from a realtor as compared to other realtors that i had worked with previously. From day one Linda has been absolutely amazing. She helped so much especially since we were no longer in state. She took care of the legalities for us, gave us her expert knowledge of the area and how we should go about it from a certain standpoint we were looking from. She handled relations with the buyer and their realtor as well. Shipped us everything overnight that we needed to have done. If I ever have to sell a house again I would definitively choose her.

Linda is a different kind of realtor! She cares for her customers/client, and she works literally day and night to keep them happy. She has great resources for in place for anything that you will need pertaining to the property that you are purchasing or selling. I don't believe anyone else could have provided the right amount of support during my house search and sell of my house as Linda! Linda was amazing in our house buying process. She got us in to view houses fast, got our offer submitted fast (which is important in today's market), and walked us through every step of the process with understanding and extensive knowledge.
