•Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with, especially as a first time homebuyer. We had a large search radius and he was very knowledgeable about the range of areas we were looking at, as well as the overall market. He took time to explain everything in each home, point out concerns, and discuss possibilities with us. We never felt like he was pushing for a sale, but we did feel like he was rooting for us the whole time. He went above and beyond during the whole process from start to finish and I know he’d be there if we need anything in the future. He was flexible and always prompt and professional in his communication. I would recommend him to anyone and will be referring some of my closest friends to him! Despite a challenging market for buyers, we managed to have a lot of fun along the way during our search and are so grateful for his help in finding our first home - that we already love. I would highly recommend Dave to first time and seasoned homebuyers alike.
