When I first met Nia I was at the beginning stages of a divorce and selling my house and didn’t know where to start. I happened to come across an open house and the agent who was supposed to be there wasn’t and asked Nia to step in for her. From there we talked and I asked her to be my agent for selling my old Germantown house. It took some time because the house needed a lot of work but with her guidance and experience it finally sold. I decided then to keep her on as my buying agent. During this home search that I would describe as an emotional roller coaster not because of Nia she was a great mental adviser she brought me back to focus but because of the bidding wars, homeowners not wanting to have inspections and lastly my indecisiveness. My last house was a huge 3 story single, on a quiet block and very accessible to public transportation and stores. That was why I had such a hard time deciding and the fact that I only wanted to live in certain areas. Nia would email me everyday when something came up that fitted the description and we not just her and I but some family members would go see it and then I would say what I liked and didn’t like. From there she would go back and try again. She was determined to find my new place for me as challenging as it became. My own family members and friends told her how strong willed she was for putting up with me but like Nia reminded me this is for you, your start over you have to like it no regrets. Several houses later she did have a chat with me about my most important deciding factors because it seemed like we were getting nowhere. At this point I will say we saw 30 houses and we decided to take a break because of several factors, people were paying well over asking prices, the houses weren’t available & I found a housing program that had better financial benefits. Nia never gave up on me or the search & even educated herself on the program. Weeks after that we saw a house & made an offer. Nia is a family member.

I have known Lenny for more than 10 years ourside of him being a realestate agent. I have never had the need for a realestate agent until now. When i first approached Len about selling my house he immediately came to see the property. Looked everything over made a few suggestions. As soon as he got home he started sending me comps in the surrounding area and did this a few times a week along with Zoom meetings. As showings took place he kept me well informed right after the showings. He would evaluate the situation and gave his suggestions. I trusted him that much and went with his suggestions. When we finally had someone bid on the house there were some decisions i had to make and again Len gave me his suggestions and let me know he would stand by my decision. Again the trust factor came into play and i trusted Lens evaluation. We finally went to settlement and it went well. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
