Your next realtor
From the moment we reached out to Len about selling our home he went right to work. We’ve never sold a home before so everything was very new to us, but Len helped walk us through every step. He did a very thorough walkthrough of our home and gave us some tips on how to elevate our future listing for potential buyers. After we took in all of his suggestions and did the work we were ready to sell. Not only did Len come and take a few quick pictures of our home for listing, but he made sure each rooms lighting and layout was absolutely perfect. Along with taking out a drone for an even better view of our home… Which was very cool! I’ve never seen any other realtor go to such lengths for listing photos. We immediately were booked with showings within the first hour. Our home sold in under a week for above asking! If you’re looking to sell or even purchase your new home you’ve found the right guy. We can’t thank Len enough for all of his hard work. We only hope others get the opportunity to work with the best in the business!

Supportive and high spirited
Nia was so supportive during our house hunting and buying process. She was always quick to respond and very adaptive to our crazy work schedule. My experience with Nia was fantastic. I mean incredible how you can see that she is for the people.
That’s how much I enjoyed my experience with Nia the realtor she was helping me understand the ins and outs of the contract what to do where to go and how to do it. I am truly thankful and grateful to have someone like Nia. As a realtor you could tell she’s really into what she is doing and it’s not for the check, she for the people. Her heart is definitely in it and if I wanted to buy another property tomorrow, she’ll be the first and only person I will go to, if one of my friends/family members wanted to buy a house.
