Gina went out of her way and beyond all expectations to sell our cabin and garage. The cabin and garage were to be moved from the property so we could replace it with a new home. Every time we talked to her she had someone new that was interested. We were on a time schedule to sell and move the structures, which were accomplished. She kept us informed at every stage of the process. I would recommend Gina for anyone that is selling or buying property. Gina did admit that she had never sold a house that was to be moved from a property. She tackled the project with professionalism. Gina made many contacts, learned a lot and was very successful. We are extremely happy with what she has done for us.

My husband and I were relocated to Sioux City for a new job. My husband’s company put us in touch with Reality One Group. It was one of the worst of times in US history to build a house. Gina graciously helped us with every decision we needed to make to build our dream home.
