Great Experience, very accommodating for AuDHDer with anxiety disorder

Caroline is a boss. She is fun and funny, and also tried succeeded in pivoting communication to work well with me and my fam. I need direct communication, and she did a great job of delivering that, and more importantly, when she didn't, she encouraged and accepted my feedback and did better. I also research a ton, and have very detailed questions and worries, and she was great at encouraging me to let her worry :). Things had gone really smoothly, and she was patient about showing, and re-showing homes, she was not pushy, and although she travelled quite a bit during our time together she was diligent about staying in the loop and planning around and during her travel. We had some issues once we had entered into the contract, and she worked quickly to problem-solve, which I am so used to having to be the problem solver in my life, so it was such a relief. We completed our purchase about a week ago as scheduled, and I was worried she would just disappear afterwards. She assured me that would not happen, and true to her word she has still been responding, and has become a friend. The most important aspect of finding an agent for me was finding someone who could be patient with me.I had done a lot of research trying to find someone who is an AuDHDer or other neurodivergent person to work with and was not finding anyone who was openly disclosing that in my area unfortunately. I had narrowed down to a handful of agents in my area that might be a good fit based on things they wrote about themselves/website info. I initially went with someone else, and they failed spectacularly at understanding me and my boundaries and needs. I was nervous, but ended the contract with them. I went back to my list and messaged Caroline again, and we met up, and she was so reassuring and I felt like she had enough experience with understanding people similar to me, that it felt safe and like we were a good fit. I am so glad I found her, and I can definitely recommend her to my community.
