•Joe was well aware of the market place, both from the older homes in the market, as well as the new houses we would compete with across the area. He advised that retrofitting the older home to compete w/ the new builds, while expensive up front, but would increase the sales price, and more important, the way the home was viewed in the market place, with more traffic. Zillow posted that this listing would be in the top 5% of homes receiving an offer. We had 5 showings the first 2 days, received an offer over the asking price, and had interest from a second buyer whose chose to not get into a competitive situation. We closed less than 2 months from the house getting listed, at above the listing price. Great value, a very good price, and minimal wear and tear on us after we put Joe in the driver's seat!!!
