•Courtney was the right choice for selling our home in Buda. After a less than ideal experience with our previous agent, it was obvious how important true local knowledge is. Agents coming in from Austin or San Antonio often treat Buda like an extension of their markets, but the demographics and buyer expectations here are different. Courtney understood that immediately and recognized the unique aspects of our property located in the downtown historic district of Old Town Buda. She held multiple open houses and kept us updated at every step. Even when she went on maternity leave, she made sure the handoff to her teammates was smooth and that we never felt out of the loop. In a tough buyer’s market, she still helped us sell quickly at a price we were comfortable with. We’ve already referred her to two friends in Buda who were having issues with their current representation. That says it all.
