•Annmarie was our realtor for purchasing our Bastrop house in September 2021, then selling the house when our circumstances changed in Summer 2023. In both cases Annmarie was a joy to work with. We viewed a number of houses whilst looking to purchase, in that period she was very patient and accommodating, particularly given our unfamiliarity with the greater Austin area. When it came to sell, in a very different market of 2023, she was very proactive, we had many viewings and multiple offers in the first week. We did set a low price point but with the offers we sold at around the price point she originally predicted. Our first buyers did back out, but by the end of that day we had another offer in place. We thoroughly recommend Annmarie as a wonderful person and a great realtor in the Austin area. Thank you Annmarie
