Great Experience, Provided market knowledge/accurate feedback when the market was unpredictable
When we decided to list our property in early 2023, Housing prices were high and sales times were in days or weeks. Our house was built in 1984 and portions of the house were somewhat dated. Laura and Amanda provided some help/guidance for areas of improvement to maximize/boost the property value, which was very helpful, as we knew our property would need some remodeling, which took time. During this time, the housing market went into decline and the house entered the market in Sept 2023 after a significant remodel. Therefore, we entered the market when there was some instability in the market caused by the rising interest rates. Our property was somewhat unique, as there was a good portion of land involved, thus for house sales in the area, it was priced at a higher price point because of the land values. Once mortgage rates stabilized and sales started moving again, we did get multiple showings and multiple offers. We worked together with Laura/Amanda evaluating the offers and had regular discussions on property pricing, options, offers, price negotiation, the current market trends, etc. In the end, I believe that Laura/Amanda found the right buyer for our property. We were able to sell the property to a buyer at a price point that we needed and the buyer was able to acquire a property that he could turn into his dream property. I really do believe this ended up being a win-win situation for both parties.
