We purchased two homes with Jasmine. Our first home in 2014 and second home 6 years later in 2020 during a pandemic. Jasmine was extremely patient with us, especially first go around being first time homebuyers. She took her time explaining everything to us, step by step, helped us secure a mortgage loan, and lawyer. While in mist of the pandemic, she safely helped us find a home and fought hard to make sure all our needs were met. When mask and gloves were scarce, lol, she made sure she had some for us at every showing. Buying the 2nd time around was extremely discouraging as we kept getting outbid and people were pulling their homes off the market while our house was in the process of being closed. Our house was actually closed and sold before we were able to buy our new home but Jasmine was able to negotiate us remaining there until we got our new house.
