Andrea is an excellent, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable realtor who we whole-heartedly recommend. As first-time buyers, we had almost no idea what to expect along the way. We had ideas about what we wanted, but no clue about the coastal market. Now, thanks to Andrea, we have our own house a few blocks from the beach in Seaside, OR. We started with a list of potential houses found on Zillow. Right away, Andrea was able to narrow the list by weeding out problem properties and finding red flags where we would never know to look. She promptly took us on a tour of our top 3 choices, making her way through Seaside summer traffic to meet us. Hilary was a great choice for a realtor all around! We were connected through a mortgage company, that we didn't end up keeping but we did choose to complete the home purchase with Hilary as our realtor. Throughout the entire process Hilary was extremely quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful with everything! She was knowledgeable about the process and we never doubted anything she told us or did. We lived out of state and had difficult schedules which she accommodated with and met us when we were able to come down. She picked us up, drove us to ALL of the houses we looked at, and even bought us some yummy snacks at local shops. Throughout the entire process she answered all of our questions (there were a million) and explained things to us in a way that we were able to understand. We had a few hiccups with the sellers and title company, which she handled promptly and stood up for us. When my husband got down here before i did, and was waiting for the house to close, she even took care of our cat since we had no where to take her. That was definitely not in her job description; but she did it anyway and was a huge help. I can't say enough about Hilary, she was awesome all around!!

My experience with Andrea exceeded my expectations. She was extremely responsive to my questions and went above and beyond by seeking estimates for some of the repairs and maintenance needed by the house we were purchasing. She was in almost daily contact during the process and facilitated communication between buyer and seller which led to a very positive negotiation for both parties. This purchase was a vacation property some distance from our primary home which made it challenging, but I felt confident that Andrea was on top of it and conducting a purchase of this significance electronically became not so scary with her guidance.
