•Aimee & Brian were flawless! They dedicated a great amount of time to listening to our wants (which were changing every day with local market) and needs, and they were even going to look at houses with us just to get a flavor for our tastes - well before we had even applied for our loan and weren’t actively looking. Their dedication, their time, their desire to help us land a beautiful home and deal here in Highlands Ranch was just like house hunting with friends! They are kind, attentive, funny and realistic - and their authenticity in their diligence to what we wanted versus what would better their own wallets (which is what we were subjected to in the VA/DC market a few years back) was a caliber of care that has been invaluable and will not ever be forgotten. My husband and I are in it for the long haul with Aimee and Brian and will always come back when we have real estate needs because they have set the bar far too high for anyone else to ever meet, let alone exceed. I am forever indebted to them for helping us navigate a very tricky market, and still coming out on top!
