Ray makes the process easy. I've bought and sold a few houses with Ray and Susan Feindt. They were absolutely amazing to work with. They feel more like family members than real estate agents giving you good advice, helping you out along the way, and making the process stress free. Communication is extremely good. Ray is ALWAYS available and responsive to your needs or questions. Both houses sold very quickly at or above asking price. When purchasing homes, Ray listens to your needs and negotiates for what is reasonable and fair. I expect to use Ray as my agent for years to come.

Our family moved to the Denver area from out of state. Moving is stressful enough when knowing the area you are relocating to, but from one state to another can be downright stressful! Hope was referred to us and we were happy from the beginning. Being a Denver native, Hope was able to provide us information on all Denver properties and those in the outlying towns.
