When it came time to sell my property, it was with relief that I knew exactly who to turn to after working with Rick on the sale of my mom's house. Rick was a wonderful combination of optimistic (and correct!) as to the value of my property, and realistic as to expectations of the process. Those traits, along with his vast knowledge of the market, his connections, plus his kindness and sense of humor, alleviated a lot of the stress of the process. He was a great communicator, was very detail-oriented, and that, basically, he had my back. I would not hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. Rick didn't listen to instructions. He sign a document that he was not authorized to sign via electronic signature. He seemed to be working more for the other buyer than he did for us. Not as good as I had hoped.

Deanna is great! She found me my townhouse last spring. This is definitely not a 9-5 job for her. She will look extensively to find you a home. I really appreciated her availability. She is always there to answer your call or will return it quickly. She always had answers to my questions, even questions I didn't know I had. This was the first home I bought by myself and she was by my side through the entire process, which was very comforting. She's like a sister, friend, realtor rolled up in one person. So thankful I had her as my realtor.
