•This was my first time selling a house and Kevin helped make the experience less daunting by always being available for any questions, either by phone call or text (even while he was on vacation). He was very straightforward about the process and provided great market analysis and provided two options for selling our home and what the benefits were for each path. There was a definite emotional attachment to the house that Kevin recognized from the beginning and I felt he always had that in mind while he helped us navigate through the process. He always reached out to let me know when prospective buyers would be coming by so I was aware and then he would follow up with me later that day to fill me in on progress. Kevin is great at his job and I’m truly grateful for his help.
