•Selling my home and buying a condo at the same time was a very stressful and emotional process, and Kevin was incredibly patient, caring, and supportive throughout it all. There were some difficult moments for me personally, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he was understanding, reassuring, and always there when I needed him. Kevin also did an amazing job keeping me informed every step of the way. He made sure I understood the timeline, what to expect next, and always kept me updated on the status of everything. What meant the most to me was that Kevin truly cared about me as a person, not just as a client. His compassion and professionalism made a huge difference during a challenging time. I’m so grateful for everything he did and would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients!
Communication was excellent never had to worry about what was happening. The marketing was fantastic the house sold the first weekend for over the asking price. During escrow Kevin was an expert at negotiating with the buyers and buyers agent making the process seamless. I never had to worry about anything.
