More than just an Agent!

Hands down the best person you want to have on your corner. She is not just an agent she goes up and beyond her role. While I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan she single handedly took charge of taking on the task of pretty much being a property manager. She handled scheduling clean ups for the front and back yard , the inside of the house, and has a team of skilled handy man and women to do all sorts of small details to make the house look and feel way more than the worth of the house. She is by far the best person to have on your side when it comes to negotiations she make sure she fights for every dollar like it’s her own. Nothing but great things to say about her, I highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

Amazing is an understatement. My husband and I struggled a little being out of state and wanting to sell our house (which needed ALOT of work) but Vivienne swept in and took care of EVERYTHING. From junk removal to water leaks to painting and repairs, she managed it all without us having to lift a finger.
