I wanted to move to be closer to my siblings, but I was not sure I had the energy to move at my advanced age, thinking of all the tons of things I had to deal with. Then one day I received a real estate ad from Nancy saying that if I wanted to downsize she could help sell my house. She could find a handyman for the repairs, cleaners to clean up the house and yard, and movers with the move. She sounded so confident that suddenly I felt I could do it with her help. When I met her I found her to be a genuine, down to earth, well prepared and utterly trustworthy person. She is the top producing agent in University city and she has years of experience so I did not need to interview another agent. I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my time, so I know a good agent when I see one. We sold our house at a very unstable time with new inventory popping up like mushrooms and thus supply outnumbering demand.
