I really appreciated working with Hunter on the sale of our house. He was very responsive and actually did better for us than we had anticipated on pricing. He was knowledgeable about the current market to get us the best price. He even helped provide resources for the updates and repairs that were requested by the buyer to help make this sale go through quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their home or property and will be using him again when the time comes to sell or buy again.

Hunter helped us find our first home and did such a great job that we came back to him after we had a few kids and wanted more space. He also sold that first house for us in a matter of hours, above asking price. He was really helpful in walking us through the process. He and his staff were wonderful to work with and always promptly answered our questions.

My husband and I are from out of state and haven’t lived in Joplin for years so we were certainly not up to date on the market. Hunter was not only professional and efficient, he had a great grasp on the market and the histories and probable futures of different locations. We joked that he seems to have some connection to everyone in town! His team is also a great resource when it come to the paperwork and making sure there were no loose ends. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Hunter was that he took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for. So many times realtors push toward what they would want, rather than what the fits the client’s situation. We ended up with a property that was an even better fit for us than we had hoped for and got it at a great price. We have decided Hunter is our guy and plan to use him many times in the future as we invest for retirement. I whole-heartedly recommend him!

Kate Sears, who is part of Hunter's was fantastic to work with. She found us our perfect home and we lived out of state, so it was all from a distance. She listened to what we wanted and found us a home that had what we requested and meshed exactly with our personalities. She is knowledgeable and successfully negotiated to get our earnest money back when we wanted out of the contract for our first home due to inspection issues. The She found us a house that actually was a better fit and exactly what we wanted. You should hire her as your realtor.
