My husband and I are from out of state and haven’t lived in Joplin for years so we were certainly not up to date on the market. Hunter was not only professional and efficient, he had a great grasp on the market and the histories and probable futures of different locations. We joked that he seems to have some connection to everyone in town! His team is also a great resource when it come to the paperwork and making sure there were no loose ends. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Hunter was that he took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for. So many times realtors push toward what they would want, rather than what the fits the client’s situation. We ended up with a property that was an even better fit for us than we had hoped for and got it at a great price.
