Sheri was extremely professional, was in the market for over a year, and she was always willing to meet up on any day or any time, and would send me pictures and videos of house, and would point out things I wouldn’t notice. The cumbersome paperwork and legal process was really simplified with her help. Dameika performed admirably! She thoroughly investigated every house we sent her and provided us with pros and disadvantages. She also located a home that met all of our requirements. She communicated with our mortgage loaner and made arrangements with our budget when it came time to negotiate. In addition to providing us with the resources she could provide to complete the tests required for closing. She did everything in her power to make the process stress-free. I forgot to mention, if there were any problems withing the process, she would act immediately to uncover the root of them. Honest to God I have never met a better realtor than Dameika. There aren't words to describe the phenomenal work this lady does. Hands down 100/10 for me!
