Dameika performed admirably! She thoroughly investigated every house we sent her and provided us with pros and disadvantages. She also located a home that met all of our requirements. She communicated with our mortgage loaner and made arrangements with our budget when it came time to negotiate. In addition to providing us with the resources she could provide to complete the tests required for closing. She did everything in her power to make the process stress-free. I forgot to mention, if there were any problems withing the process, she would act immediately to uncover the root of them. Honest to God I have never met a better realtor than Dameika.
