I cannot say enough good things about Andrea! She helped me sell my home in just two days and even secured an offer over $10,000 above asking price. On top of that, she guided me through purchasing my dream home in an incredibly competitive market — her strategy and expertise made all the difference. Andrea truly is a miracle worker in my opinion. I’m still amazed that she managed to help me sell my old home, buy my new one, and be fully moved in all within three months! What makes Andrea stand out even more is how genuine and caring she is — she felt like a friend throughout the entire process. Now that everything is complete, I honestly feel a little sad that our business transactions are over — it feels like a breakup!
