Beverly was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the market value of our home and the time it would take to sell it, but she was also extremely helpful in staging/preparing our home before the open houses. We had to swiftly move across the country just after the house was put on the market and we fully entrusted our home to her. She communicated with us nearly everyday and she took care of the house right up until the day it was sold as if it were her own home. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout every single step of the process of selling our home. Our only complaint was that she wasn't on our side of the country to help us buy our next home. We were so lucky to have found Beverly and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best realtor experience when selling or buying a home. She was very helpful getting the paperwork done in a timely manner and showed us many places to choose from. She was a real pleasure to work with.
