We want to sincerely thank Beverly Russo for her exceptional support in helping us secure our dream home. Her expertise and dedication turned our journey into an unforgettable experience. We truly could not have accomplished this without her steadfast guidance. Beverly was consistently ahead of us, anticipating our needs and asking the crucial questions we didn’t even know we should consider. Her deep understanding of the real estate market, insight into what constitutes a quality building, knowledge of local regulations, and awareness of potential buyer pitfalls allowed us to fully enjoy the process while she managed all the stress. We wholeheartedly recommend this talented and patient professional to anyone navigating their home search.

Bev really listened to what I wanted in my next house. I had a list of what would make me leave my comfortable house of ten years and it was a long list. Seacoast of NH, sidewalks, walkable to downtown but with outdoor space to garden and room for my hot tub, fireplace, town water, sewer, and gas, custom walk in closet, master on the main floor, bright and sunny, no major projects and no HOA fees... It is so much better and the price was in line! Closed in just over a month from my offer. She navigated all the hiccups and was an excellent communicator keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend Bev. Your agenda is her agenda. She never tried to get me to see a bunch of things that were almost right. You can bet on Bev for a great real estate experience!

Our family has worked with Beverly when we purchased our first home, sold that home, and bought our new home. There are a lot of reasons we wanted to have her guide us through our selling and buying experience and she was fantastic through the entire journey! She was always available, open and honest and 110% had our best interest at heart. She went above and beyond what we or anyone would expect and were extremely lucky to have her with us during what could have been an extremely stressful time. Thanks again so much Beverly!!

Beverly was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the market value of our home and the time it would take to sell it, but she was also extremely helpful in staging/preparing our home before the open houses. We had to swiftly move across the country just after the house was put on the market and we fully entrusted our home to her. She communicated with us nearly everyday and she took care of the house right up until the day it was sold as if it were her own home. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout every single step of the process of selling our home. Our only complaint was that she wasn't on our side of the country to help us buy our next home. We were so lucky to have found Beverly and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best realtor experience when selling or buying a home. Thank you, Beverly, for such a smooth and happy selling experience. :)

As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions. Beverly always answered our questions or guided us in the right direction. She was able to assist us when our plans changed from local living to 2.5 hours north. She worked above and beyond our expectations to ensure all of our home needs were met. I have recommended her to my family and friends because of her knowledge and expertise. She is the one I will call if we ever move.

†"Beverly proved to be an amazing Real Estate agent when we decided to sell our home and we've recently cycled back to her as our Buyers Agent. From the start her commitment to meeting our needs was apparent. She is warm and friendly yet always professional and well informed of the market. Beverly stayed on top of every detail the selling process demanded and counseled us through each stage. Her priority, always, was for us to make informed and timely decisions. Her communication was reliable and any questions we had always received an immediate response. We would recommend Beverl to anvone new to the market or a seasoned buver/seller. Her expertise, attention to detail and depth of caring is exactly what todays market demands"
