Tatum is patient. She knows what her clients are looking for, what they should be wary of, the market trends, and how to best support them in these stressful transactions. I have bought/sold a few times, and for some reason, I was more nervous this time than any other time. Tatum listened to my concerns, needs to be addressed, and was a strong support throughout the process. She was able to negotiate where reasonable and push back on the excessive requests of others. We always know that we are in good hands with Tatum. She is honest, direct, and gives what is needed when it is needed. There is no guessing. I appreciate her expertise and ability to handle anything thrown at her in such an emotionally charged time. Tatum has always taken care of us, whether selling or buying, and we will never look anywhere else (unless she breaks up with us lol). If you need someone who will listen, but take no bull$h!t, Tatum is who you want.
