•Our situation may seem unique as we assisted our daughter in purchasing her first home from across the country. Danielle was wonderful taking our college aged daughter, on a day long, whirlwind of home tours without any prior commitment or guarantee of purchase. Less then 8 hours later we are on a 2nd tour of a home on FaceTime approving our daughter’s decision. Danielle handled all of the pre-home buying details. Her selection of resources provided us with options for inspectors, insurance, and repairs. Danielle handled estimates and coordinated a complete roof replacement for us and the seller. Any questions and concerns we had, Danielle addressed them and helped us to resolve. Closing and follow were excellent. We travelled to see the house for first time the morning of the closing together reviewing all repairs. This was one of the easier home buying processes we’ve experienced closing in 32 days. Our daughter loves her new place and we can’t wait for our next chance to visit.
