The agents market knowledge was good to compare my property with similar in my neighborhood. She kept me informed on updates of the sale of my property. Recommendations-review sellers disclosure line for line with seller before publishing, many time seller maybe unfamiliar with the questions. It can save a lot of time in the future. A little bit more insight to the negotiations. Other than those recommendations, great experience.
