Tamara was amazing!! As new home buyers she made our first purchase so much easier. She is professional, punctual, diligent, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Tamara even watched our 7 month old at the closing!! I highly recommend her as an agent. We will certainly be using her in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose and Joanna during our home-buying journey, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. Navigating the home-buying process with a VA loan can be complex, but Jose’s extensive knowledge and expertise made it all feel much more manageable. His thorough understanding of the market and the VA loan process provided a great sense of comfort and assurance. What really set Jose apart was the personal touch he brought to the experience. He was always quick to respond to our questions and addressed every concern with both efficiency and care. His dedication to ensuring we understood each step of the process was evident, and his advice was invaluable. Jose didn’t just help us find a house; he helped us find a home where our family can grow and thrive. Our son is absolutely thrilled with the new place, and it’s clear that Jose's attention to detail and insight into what makes a house a great home played a significant role in that. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines deep knowledge of the real estate market with a genuinely caring approach, I highly recommend Jose and his wife. Their expertise is a tremendous asset, and their dedication made our home-buying experience a truly positive one.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service we received from both Jose and Joanna. From the moment we first met, they went above and beyond to ensure that our home-buying journey was smooth and enjoyable. They treated us not just as clients but as family, genuinely caring about our needs and aspirations. Even offering to work with us for 3 years if it meant funding the right home. Their dedication, patience, and personalized attention made all the difference. They listened to our concerns, answered every question with kindness, and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. It was clear that their priority was our happiness and satisfaction, not just closing a deal. They really took into consideration we were a growing family and needed a house that could accommodate it. We felt supported every step of the way, and their warmth and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable and joyous one. If you’re looking for realtors who will put their heart into helping you find your perfect home, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend The Frias to anyone seeking a truly caring and dedicated team. Thank you for everything—you made us feel at home in more ways than one. We hope to see you guys for the carne asada!
