My wife and I worked with Tamara for the purchase of our new home in Pepperell as well as the sale of our Chelmsford condominium. For both transactions, we were impressed by Tamara's knowledge, organization, guidance, network of experts, and home-searching tools. Given the competitive market conditions for buyers, Tamara secured an early showing of our dream house and helped us price our offer to stand out against other offers without drastically overbidding. With her guidance, our offer was immediately accepted, and we avoided the inevitable bidding war that would have occurred if the sellers had proceeded with their planned open house. Tamara also went above and beyond to support us with the move. She provided us with boxes and even ordered us extra upon our request - a very appreciated gesture of generosity. Finally, Tamara guided us through the process of selling our condominium. Over a few months, she gave reasonable recommendations to get the house market-ready and checked in to ensure our expectations aligned. Through her connections, we assembled a team of experts, staged a stunning listing, received two offers over-asking price in less than a week, and completed our side of the transaction within 4 weeks and without fuss. We initially heard about Tamara from a friend who offered a glowing recommendation. In turn, we'd like to echo that sentiment to whoever is looking for help buying or selling a home - we wholeheartedly recommend you call Tamara!
