You MUST talk to Amanda Preisinger to help keep the home buying process go smoothly and effectively. We couldn’t have had such an easy buying process without her. A week before we talked to Amanda, we attempted to buy a home on our own, which was NOT a good idea. We needed a realtor. So, we contacted Amanda and she was immediately ready to help us. I was about two weeks away from having a baby, and she was so considerate to working around the pregnancy and baby’s arrival when it came to viewing homes. She understood our picky-ness and found us EXACTLY what we needed. She was efficient with walking us through the steps of buying a home from the home search to the offer to closing. We could not have done this without her. We placed the offer on the home 30 days ago and we were able to close in exactly 30 days with no hiccups, problems, or concerns. She was an amazing communicator and guided us throughout the entire process smoothly. Shoot, we bought a house with a 2 1/2 year old AND a newborn. That should tell you how amazing she is to have made this process non-stressful since we knew we were in great hands.

Amanda was nothing short amazing!! She went above and beyond for us, got our rate down, got us a great deal on a beautiful 3/2 cbs home in an amazing location, and was always a call away no matter the time. We’re first time home owners so this came with a TON of questions. She took her time to explain everything and made sure we understood everything. She was by our side every step of the way. I don’t know how she does it but she does it! She is truly passionate about helping her clients. I’d recommend Amanda to anybody. Hopefully this will be our forever home but if plans change in the future I can bet that I’ll be calling her. 10/10 every single time.
