Cherie is the realtor to work especially if you are first home buyer. She listens to you, negotiate better deals on your behalf and brings the calm when things are overwhelming. She’s punctual and really knows building and the market. I got the best possible interest rate. She takes time to look at the contracts and takes time to explain clauses in contracts. I highly recommend her and would use her service again if I’m buying a home in the future. She will be the realtor for my aunt when she moves to this area.

We experienced a tumultuous international move from Canada to SC which required a diligent, caring, agent to help us through every step of the process. Mark was that for us! Mark would go to our new house and check on the progress weekly (sometimes a couple times a week), providing photos, videos etc. He went above and beyond! He was always providing updates. Helped on the back end by navigating the required paperwork for an international mortgage by contacting the broker relentlessly, making sure timelines were met.
