•First, we listed our home in mid-May 22 when the market was very hot. Initially, we chose a 1% commission agent. We got what we “paid” for. In the first three months of the listing, we had at the most, only seven showings. After getting zero offers in 3 months, we decided to pull the home off the market and planned to rent it. Then our Rescuer showed up! - Realtor - John Murphy. John helped to make our home look “show ready”. He had many showings and open houses in a time the market was in a plateau “coma”. There were too many houses in the market! But John held weekly open houses and personally attended most of them. We got a full price offer that fell through, which was pretty upsetting to us. John was a source of strong and outstanding support and encouragement. I will never forget his words whenever I felt down and hopeless: “We will get it done, no worries”. John is a strong negotiator, and he knows when to move and how to move. John is highly respectful and an outstanding realtor. I know it because this is our second house we sold in the last four years. John made sure to take care of our home as if it was his own. Many times, he checked on our home without a formal request from us. I will never EVER forget the outstanding dedication that John had to make sure he got the sale done. We sold our home and now we can relax. My message to anyone looking for a realtor in AZ. JOHN Murphy is the ONLY one you should use. He was an OUTSTANDING choice. Simply, East or West JOHN MURPHY is the best. Thank you, honest and kind heart John. We love you!
John was an amazing and highly active realtor. Every month that our house was on the market with John as our realtor, he showed our home multiple times and had high numbers of people constantly coming through to view our home. He did everything it took to bring people to the open houses and to bring notice to our home. His advice for fixing up a few things in our home to give it a better curb appeal was stellar. Since we were no longer living in the area, he worked with us to arrange for someone to do the needed yard work and minor repairs as they arose. When it snowed, he even shoveled our drive himself so that our home would be ready to show. He went above and beyond to work with prospective buyers and to meet their stipulations for our home to be sold. His negotiation skills were excellent to ensure that our home was sold at a good price that also pleased the buyer. We highly recommend John as a realtor.
