Peggy was absolutely excellent to work with. A friend of a friend recommended another agent for my mother’s property. It sat for one year until we found Peggy. Her online photos were incredible, with digital staging. She took the time to set up a thorough explanation of the property’s acreage- another thing the previous agent didn’t do. She put a lot of time and effort into getting the property sold, including recommending small upgrades. Once getting it back on the market, we had an offer on the house on day 1!
