Carol Ann has so much experience and knowledge of the Verde Valley market. She also had many tips for presenting the home that would have never occurred to me. She kept in contact religiously and provided moral support in the one instance it was necessary. She was also able to provide recommendations for local services such as loan officer, contractors and moving company and they all were superior.

From the first day I met Hannah, she was already very well prepared with a nice market analysis which included a self introduction and company overview. She was ready and willing to get started promptly with the sale of our home which followed a smooth process with great access to the market and buyers throughout the region. Each step included prompt follow up, great recommendations, quick negotiations, comprehensive paperwork/signatures and extensive communications all the way to closing. Hannah was extremely professional and always had a sense of calm throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Hannah Dumyahn of the RealtyOneGroup - Mountain Desert.

Hannah is very reliable, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She provided excellent service. We are not from the area and were very unfamiliar with where to begin our home search. Hannah set up numerous home tours for us to visit each day and made the process very simple. She was very patient with our on and off again offers until we finally settled on this home. She was not only our real estate agent, she has become a true friend. She has looked after us and has gone above & beyond to answer our questions and make the whole process so much easier. We are grateful to have worked with such a wonderful person. Hannah will give you a 100%, so if you want a reliable person to help with your real estate search, hire Hannah you will not be disappointed.

We moved to Arizona from central Ohio in May 2026. I became familiar with Dawn through her YouTube channel when I was researching central Arizona a few years ago. Her channel is how we found out about the Verde Valley. I contacted Dawn earlier this year and she was very prompt in her responses and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She sent us MLS listings regularly that matched our criteria for a home. She showed us 10 - 12 homes before we decided on the one. Dawn is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
