Now here’s the part where Chantel was amazing. Our land was sold and we were getting ready for the closing when I woke up one morning paralyzed from the waist down. My vision was not only blurry, but I was seeing double. My hands would also get numb. Put this all together and I had a very difficult time signing my name. We went through three closings before Chantel found someone that would come to me in the hospital and supervise everything that needed to be signed. Without Chantel going above and beyond I don’t think the sale would have gone through.

After talking with her she put our minds at ease and walked us through the buying process. Being our first piece of land it went so smoothly. If you are looking for a realtor she is the one I would choose over and over to help with the buying process.

I had forgotten about this property that my partner and I bought a very long time ago. She called me up, reminded me about it and asked to sell it.
