I went on Realtor.com looking for an agent to represent my property in Arizona. Lynn contacted me immediately to see what I needed. Since I live in Oregon, I needed someone in the area of my condo to take a look at it and give me feedback as to a general asking price, and how to proceed. Lynn did just that and more. She was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date on showings, and when the condo did sell, proceeded quickly with the paperwork, signed online, for my convenience. She was very helpful in describing the process through to the finish. Luckily, my condo sold almost immediately and within a month of beginning the process I was ready to close. Exceeded my espectations. Would definitely recommend Lynn to future sellers. Very satisfied.

Julie Olszewski knew the area of where we had our property and explained what was going on in today's market. We found out that she lives down the street from our property with made it easier for both of us to understand the surrounding area for selling our property. Erika helped us relocate from another state. She was always in touch with us. When our schedule permitted to look at properties she was always accomadting and had everything lined up for us to go in and look around. Some properties were vacant and some were occupied. She showed us properties in different areas of the city so we could decide what fit us. She was a great help and I would recommend her to anyone looking to move into her backyard (Kingman/Golden Valley).

I was very impressed with Erika. At our first meeting she came to our house with all the information we would need to list our current home and buy our future home. She had prepared spread sheets with home values from around our neighborhood, so we could decide on a listing price. Erika was extremely patient during the whole buying and selling process. I had many questions and she was always there to answer them. She is very knowledgeable and wanted me to become knowledgeable, about the process also. Our house was off the market within one day of it’s original listing. She also assisted us in buying our current home.
