Sue Smith is a positive and supportive realtor in Kingman, AZ. Sue suggested a very acceptable selling price that she believed in. Sue went through the house finding it's pluses and acknowledged moving was a messy endeavor and therefore tolerated our less than minimalist "staged" house. Our home sold the first day for full price! Sue is knowledgeable has lots of contacts in the area that she shared when we needed specific help. Her associate Sandy was always available and very helpful. Sue was our realtor and became a friend.

She's great! She always had our back. We were in a different state trying to buy a new build. She did so much running around for us, checking progress and dealing with the builder & his agent.
