I recommend Chantal Bullock as she was a lot of help for me, I called her with a lot of questions and concerns things. I forgot to tell her after the fact she got them fixed. she is a very busy woman with her profession, but she always got back to me always apologizing for not getting back to me earlier. I probably bump her more than normal people would because I had no experience in this at all, but she walked me and hold my hand through every step, a great person

Chantal is a very knowledgeable & dedicated Realtor, who will do whatever is needed to get your house sold and CLOSED! We had an off-grid cabin with acreage that she listed in Seligman, Arizona. She knows the off-grid living market VERY WELL! She not only marketed our property well, once we got an offer she jumped through EVERY hoop to get it closed! There was a lot of challenges we faced after we got the offer....such as: appraisal issues because the appraiser had never appraised an off-grid property before, several lender hurdles since the buyer's lender had never done an off-grid property, she handled all of our repairs that were asked of the Buyer, she drove out to our property EVERY single time anything needed to be done or for EVERY single inspection & walk-though. (And our property is out 8 miles on dirt roads) Unfortunately, we were not able to be there but she was available to be at the property EVERY step of the way & we couldn't be more happy how everything turned out, Buyer is excited and so are we!! Both my husband and I are former Realtors and she even impressed us!! If you want a Realtor that knows how to get your house SOLD, especially Off-Grid, then Chantal should be your first and only call!! You won't be disappointment!
