Sylvia did a great job on meeting our needs and helping to focus on our goals.

She was extremely responsive; she was also very knowledgeable of not only the whole process, but of all the available properties in the area a where we were looking. She was very forward thinking and preparing us for the showings. She had great advice. While an excellent communicator, her honesty was number one. Finally, she was extremely timely not only in meeting us when and where we were supposed to, but also focusing us on the documents that needed to be taken care of. Finally, we felt like she really cared about us and cared about meeting our needs.

Above and Beyond Every Step of the Way

I truly cannot say enough good things about Sarah. Selling my home was already an emotional process, but doing it during an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for my family made it even harder. She was there for me every step of the way, not just as my realtor, but as someone who genuinely cared about me and my family. She made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. Her communication was incredible, she was proactive and motivated to get the house sold, and I never once felt like I had to wonder what was happening or what needed to be done. She even went above and beyond by coming out and doing work on the property herself when needed. I honestly felt like I could hand everything over to her and not have to worry about a single thing. Having someone I trusted so much during such an emotional season meant more to me than I can really put into words. She was professional, hardworking, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a realtor who will truly go above and beyond for her clients.
