•Emily did a great job. This sale was for our second home, which presented some problems since our main home was 8 hours away. She greatly helped us with a yard sale to dispose of excess furniture from a second home. After the house was empty, she handled the long-distance negotiations and communications very well. There is an added bonus working with Emily. Her husband is a contractor. When selling an 18-year-old house, there will be a building inspection, and more than likely problems will be found and need to be repaired. The problem of getting the repairs done was greatly simplified by having Emily's husband, who is a contractor, fix them at a reasonable cost. Having sold several houses in the past, locating a repair service, and getting repairs done within the time constraints of the closing process can be stressful.
