Roy did an excellent job in assisting my family and I with the purchase of our new home. He was very patience with us following up, doing searches for us and updating us on openings/listings that would suite our needs. Roy also was amazingly responsive with sending in details on listings contacting agents and providing updates on the property we then selected. He also went out of his comfort zone by assisting us with listing outside of the usual local range that he works with. He was willing to offer referrals as well and where there was inadequate information he did not act as if he knew but informed us to look further into it as he is not sure. Roy was also approachable and friendly and encouraging during the whole process. There were a few bumps with our particular process but he stuck with us until the deal was closed. Roy is a fantastic realtor. He went above and beyond caring for our needs. Buying a house from another state was a difficult process but Roy made it much easier. He definitely looked after our best interests. While showing us houses via video chat, Roy and his team were open and honest if they found issues with a home.
