•We live in N.C. and plan to build a new house and move to the Northport area within the year. We saw a lot that interested us and called the number on Laura's sign as she was the listing agent. Once she called us back and we made an offer she was very on top of her game. Great communicator, very professional. Laura actually acted as dual agent as we had no realtor or attorney in the area to represent us. She did a very good job representing both sides as well as the title company. During the do diligence period all the way through closing and after Laura was very responsive.
