We were first time home buyers. So bright eyed and excited. We started looking in December 2019. We had our approval letter and a good size down payment. Little did we know the Covid pandemic was right around the corner and would flip the housing market upside down. Sylvia was there through it all. We put about 2 or 3 offers in, but kept getting priced out. Sylvia kept encouraging us. A few years went by. We saw many nice homes but none that felt right. Sylvia would say we would know our home as soon as we walk in. She encouraged us to never settle out of fear. I’ll admit, there were times when I didn’t have hope. But Sylvia had hope for us. 🩷 Then that wonderful day came- July 2023. I finally knew what Sylvia meant. When we walk into the model, it felt like home. It was the house of our dreams. Perfect location. Perfect layout. It was like it was made for us. We moved in five months later. Sylvia has become a true friend. She’s not just trying to sell you a house.
