I received my real estate license in April 1999 and began my career working with my parents, Tom and Brenda Riddle, as a Transaction Coordinator at Anthony Real Estate in Escondido, CA. In 2005, I stepped out of the comfort of the family business and launched my own real estate career with Windermere Exclusive Properties, also in Escondido. Windermere was an incredible brokerage to grow with, and I truly believe they pioneered many of the standards we now see in today’s modern real estate models.
In 2011, the company transitioned into a Real Living franchise. With the changes that often come with national franchise expansion, I realized the new model no longer aligned with what I was looking for in a brokerage—so I made the decision to move on.
In 2013, I joined the new brokerage shaking things up in San Diego: Realty ONE Group in Rancho Bernardo. ROG came in and disrupted the traditional real estate office structure. They grew quickly—locally and nationwide—and changed not only the public’s view of what a real estate company could be, but also how agents viewed running their businesses. Their commission model, coolture, and innovative tools support agents in a way that truly fits the new era of real estate.
Today, real estate is no longer a brick-and-mortar industry. With mobile technology, apps, and cloud-based systems, we can serve clients from anywhere—across the street or across the country.
As of 2019, I am also a licensed REALTOR® in Nevada. I proudly hold both my California and Nevada licenses with Realty ONE Group.
However I can assist you—whether now or in the future—please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to helping you with honesty, dedication, and heart.
Proudly serving Nevada's current and future homeowners.

Outstanding Realtor who will give you over and above service!
Paul was immediately responsive to our every need or question in the sale of our Las Vegas property! Although the market flatlined almost as soon as we listed he gave us excellent advice on price adjustments to keep it in the focus of prospective buyers. He went out of his way to explain various things involved with the sale and was very patient through several contracts that fell through at the last minute. Even though it took a long time for this property to sell he stuck with us, never giving up and we have finally closed! I am grateful to him for all the "in-person" visits to our empty house to check on things while we waited from out of state. Selling? He's your man!!

Helpful and Pleasant
Paul has helped me purchase two homes. Both times I've truly felt that he was advocating for me to get the best deal possible. He clearly has good report with his colleagues and those who have worked with him in the past. Paul's communication is excellent. He will reply to your questions quickly, take the time to explain the process, and will do the legwork to find answers if they're not readily available. I'm grateful to have had someone guide me through the process smoothly. Also he likes Iron Maiden, so that's pretty cool.
