•So our (wife and I) experience with Sue started a couple of years ago when she sold a rental property for us. She had the deal wrapped up in a month. Boom. Everything went extremely smooth. Now this last property was a real challenge from the get go. The buyer had to switch lenders mid-deal among other issues and the Borough was giving us a hard time at every opportunity. We were grateful for Sue's attention to detail and vast knowledge of the real estate business. No questions were left unanswered and we never had to worry about getting a return call, of which there were many. Pretty sure we would have bailed on this sale if we didn't have Sue on our side. Thank you, Suzanne Linhart Spears. Highly recommend.
